Karaoke nights come in all shapes and sizes, styles and genres, but the once constant in all of them is - QUALITY. The industry has taken a beating over the past few years as technology increases - as the advanced technology has allowed many to get into the karaoke business at a much smaller, and physically more compact investment. 25 years ago - very few D.J.'s would invest the money to purchase the thousands of physical discs needed to run a competitive show, let alone want to haul the hundreds of pounds of sound gear into a venue to achieve the quality of sound necessary.
Today, computers have replaced discs, and the sound systems have become more compact and lightweight, but strangely enough these advancements have not improved or even maintained the standard of the average karaoke show.
